Position Overview
The Site Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
This individual will play a critical leadership role coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving project execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities and daily field operations
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays
Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
Review drawings, specifications, and field conditions to resolve issues quickly
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company and client expectations
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and progress tracking
Build strong working relationships with clients, project managers, architects, and trade partners
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple trades simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with ground-up and/or interior commercial projects preferred
OSHA certification strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
What They Offer
Base salary between $130,000 and $180,000
