Senior Electrical Engineer, Iowa

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment, as well as a strong ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and components to meet project specifications.

Oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Utilize PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, motors, and measuring devices to optimize systems.

Develop and modify Rockwell programming software, including RS Logix and FactoryView, to enhance operations.

Conduct troubleshooting and provide solutions for electrical systems and equipment.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive process improvement initiatives.

Manage project schedules and resources using Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 7 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

12 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility.

Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, motors, and measuring devices.

Expertise in Rockwell programming software (e.g., RS Logix and FactoryView).

3+ years of experience leading electrical projects.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs.
