Operations-Driven Sales Lot Manager

Kunes Auto Group, the fastest growing dealership in the Midwest, is seeking an operations-driven Sales Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory control and lot operations across the dealership. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate with strong operational discipline, process ownership experience, and the ability to manage daily execution while maintaining inventory accuracy and presentation standards.This position plays a critical role in protecting dealership assets, ensuring operational consistency, and supporting sales performance through disciplined lot and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end vehicle inventory control, ensuring accuracy across physical inventory and digital systems Establish and enforce lot organization standards that support sales efficiency and brand presentation Conduct routine inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies proactively Coordinate vehicle movement between departments, locations, and vendorsMaintain operational alignment between sales, service, and administrative teams Oversee lot safety, compliance, and security procedures Ensure vehicles meet appearance and readiness standards at all times Track operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Lead by example through hands-on involvement and accountabilitySupport process improvements and operational initiatives as assigned Leadership&Professional Qualifications

1+ years prior leadership or supervisory experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or automotive environments Demonstrated ability to manage processes, priorities, and daily execution Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environmentsProficient with computer systems, digital inventory tools, and documentation Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally Required Credentials

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform job-related physical tasks Compensation

$16.00– $18.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits
