Manufacturing Role

We are hiring for a hands-on manufacturing role starting at $21 an hour, working our 4–4–5 rotating schedule: five days on followed by four days off, then five days on followed by five days off, and finally four days on followed by five days off, with this rotation repeating. · Maintain a safe work environment by consistently wearing proper PPE, performing safe work behaviors, and communicating all safety concerns to supervisor · Seek to understand our quality requirements and standards · Contribute to our operational vision to produce good quality glass, safely and efficiently · Perform tasks such as lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, and standing, up to 12 hours/day, in a non-climate-controlled environment · Operate lab equipment to monitor glass quality and escalate when we fall out of spec · Respond to any production concerns · Maintain and support asset repair, including using masonry mud and RTV sealant · Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure integrity of our process · Prepare and perform process changes as dictated by our production schedule (including planning and communicating with others on theteam) · Maintain constant communication with team and escalate unresolved issues as needed · Must be able to work in and around heat for periods of timeWho You Are (Basic Qualification)

· High school diploma or equivalent · One (1) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment · Experience using a computer and familiarity with technology What Will Put You Ahead
