Responsibilities·
Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and related accounting activities·
Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely during the month-end close process·
Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations·
Analyze financial statements and investigate variances or discrepancies·
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities·
Support preparation of financial reports and schedules·
Backup Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed Qualifications·
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required ·
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required·
Manufacturing industry experience preferred·
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting·
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required·
Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
