Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze prints, drawings etc. to determine dimensions and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools for the job and machine speeds and feeds. Break down tools for weld prep.Fixture and set up mill for repair. Mill insert pockets using various cutting tools. Use tool print specifications to hold tolerances. Inspect repaired parts to ensure customer requirements are met. Complete inspection reports and documentation as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area.Report to&communicate with Shop Supervisor. Train others as needed Other special duties as assigned. Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSCs vision and unity of purpose. Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required.Qualifications: What You Need: High school diploma or the equivalent. 2+ year experience with reading blueprints and using inspection equipment or equivalent. 2+ year experience with operating some type of manual milling machinery or equivalent.
