Pharmacist - Travel Job, Daytona Beach

Minimum Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida required.
Experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred.
Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems required.
Demonstrated experience with medication reconciliation and discharge medication counseling.
Experience with sterile product preparation and parenteral medication labeling and competency assessments.
Knowledge and experience in antimicrobial stewardship, including interpretation of culture results and making antimicrobial recommendations, preferred.
Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing management and anticoagulation dosing management preferred.
Familiarity with controlled substance handling, inventory processes, and regulatory compliance required.
Strong communication skills for gathering home medication lists and providing discharge counseling.
Ability to participate in pharmacy quality assurance, P&T committee activities, and staff training.
Assignment Details:
Facility Type: Hospital.
Shift Details: Day (5x8).
Duration: 13 Week assignment.
Facility requires adherence to facility standards for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
May be required to support medication distribution, emergency drug stocking, and inspections across hospital units.
