Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting Support preventative maintenance and inspectionsPitch in with special projects, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs Work safely, efficiently, and with pride because your work matters Why You’ll Love It Here

High school diploma or equivalent 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.) Proficiency in at least one major trade area EPA certification required CPO certification preferred Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
