Machine Operator, Teutopolis, IL

Pay: $20–$27/hour

Locations: Teutopolis & Effingham, IL

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift

• Operate and monitor CNC production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make minor adjustments as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Utilize CNC equipment including saws, drills, and banders

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations
• Ability to follow technical instructions and standard work procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
