The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with the daily transportation support of the Mattoon facility including organizing and processing shipping orders, routing shipments, scheduling carriers, and entering shipping information.
This position has a high degree of interaction with employees in Corporate Customer Service, Traffic and Purchasing, Warehouse, and MIS departments.
This position also has a high degree of interaction with the transportation companies on a daily basis.

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Two years shipping experience preferred.
Knowledge of international and domestic shipping requirements & regulations.
Must be computer literate, preferably experienced in Excel and Access.
Ability to organize, set priorities, meet deadlines and perform multi-tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This job uses a telephone, computer, calculator, postage meter, phone, fax machine, copier and scanner.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $37,000 to $40,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
