• Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead and support automation initiatives including integration and optimization of robotics, PLCs, and advanced control systems• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment - including highly automated and robotic systems• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and controls enhancements• Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues.Salary Description$90,000-$100,000
