National Livescan Fingerprinting is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations at our fingerprinting office. This role involves customer service, administrative tasks, and assisting with appointment flow to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner Verify identification and ensure required documents are completed correctly Manage appointments using scheduling systems Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to customer inquiries Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate client recordsMaintain a clean, organized office environment Handle basic office tasks such as scanning, printing, and filing Qualifications: Previous office or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures accuratelyComfortable using computers and scheduling systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
