Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic, multi-entity holding company.
This is a highly visible role that blends office coordination with personal executive support.

Key Responsibilities
Office Support
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas, including the kitchen
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Coordinate weekly lunch orders for team meetings
Executive Support to CEO
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO
Manage scheduling, including appointments and calendar coordination
Assist with personal tasks such as:
Ordering coffee and meals as needed during the day
Managing prescriptions and vitamins
Handling online purchases (e.g., clothing, household items, miscellaneous needs)
Collections & Inventory Assistance
Support inventory tracking for the CEO's collectibles
Assist with receiving and organizing new items
Coordinate packaging and shipping for sold items
