/ppShift: 2nd shift/ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliEnsure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of product by leading personnel to ensure fulfillment of production schedules at the lowest possible cost/liliBe a champion of safety by supporting plant safety training, driving safety processes and leading safety communication/liliHold teams accountable to processes, systems, and results/liliActively coach and implement lean processes and tools/liliWork with Supervisors and Team Leaders to prevent and/or resolve issues early/liliEnsure standardized work and process discipline are followed/liliSuggest changes to equipment, tools, and methods/liliGain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, ethics and authenticity/liliBuild strong effective teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals/liliCreate a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization win/liliFoster cross functional team approach at all levels.
/liliRemove barriers to progress and development/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliPrevious direct supervisory or similar leadership experience/liliExperience in a high-mix, high-customized, low-volume manufacturing environment/liliExperience with ISO-***** requirements and processes/liliExperience with Lean Manufacturing/liliStrong organizational and interpersonal skills/liliStrong problem-solving skills/liliERP Computer experience, SAP preferred/liliMS Office Word and Excel software experience/li/ulpEducation/Experience:/pulliHS Diploma or equivalent experience.
Associates Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Technology or higher preferred.
