We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Helper to join our team, focusing on the interior finishing of modular containers and cabins. This full-time, 2nd shift position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Construction Helper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am )

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. Flexibility for overtime is required up to 10 -12 hours and some weekends

Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Install interior finishes, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and lighting, to complete the interior of containers and cabins.

• Operate various hand and power tools to cut, drill, and fasten frame components together according to design specifications.

Construction Helper Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction work.

• Proficiency in using hand tools.

• Proficiency in using power tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Welding (MIG, TIG, Structural, Steel)

• Electrician (Residential, Helper)

• Experience Industrial Painter

• Welding Helper
