POSITION SUMMARY We are hiring an Apprentice to develop into a

high-performing technician and future leader

within our company.

You will work directly with experienced technicians, learn plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, and be trained to understand not just

how

things work—but

why .

This role is designed for individuals who are:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Ride along with technicians on service calls

Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance

Prepare trucks, tools, and materials each morning

Receive and organize parts for upcoming jobs

Ask questions and actively learn on every job

Stay productive even when not directly assigned work

Study training material (Interplay + internal systems)

Learn advanced plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within your first 6–12 months:

You are actively contributing on jobs

You understand core systems and processes

You take initiative without being told

Within 2 years:

You are operating at or near technician level

You are thinking ahead, solving problems, and helping lead jobs

REQUIREMENTS Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heat, tight spaces, etc.)

Reliable transportation

Positive attitude and team mindset
