Job Description:

Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide repair facilities to take the equipment to. Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates. Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers.Research repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairs. Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services. Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems. Enter all maintenance invoices in the Transportation Management system.Order parts when needed. Additional duties. Minimum Requirement:

2 years of experience in shop experience. Organized and strong attention to detail. Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel.
