Be the go-to person on job sites - check work quality, keep equipment in good shape. Organize routes, manage schedules, and keep the crew on task. Handle problems with staff or customers and turn them into solutions. Train your crew and make sure everyone's ready for the next day's work. What We Expect

Show up on time and set the example. Keep jobs on budget and on schedule. Make sure work is done right the first time so we don't have to go back. Keep the crew happy and customers coming back. Use our systems and processes to get the job done. Requirements

Landscaping, lawn care, or similar industry experience. Know how to run and maintain mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc. Willing to get any required licenses or certifications within 6 months. Clean driving record and experience pulling a trailer. Ability to commute to Shop in Roanoke, TX
