Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and pruning Work outdoors in all weather conditions Lift and handle equipment/materials (35-80 lbs regularly) Keep equipment clean and ready for the next day Deliver clean, high-quality work so we don't have to redo jobs What We Expect
