Maintenance Supervisor

to lead maintenance operations across several student housing properties in Denton, TX.

This role is ideal for a true working leader with strong mechanical depth who enjoys being in the field alongside the team. You’ll oversee maintenance for roughly 700 units / 1000 beds across several buildings.

Responsibilities Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across a multi-site student housing portfolio Work in the field alongside technicians, inspecting work quality and troubleshooting HVAC, boiler, and chiller issues hands-on Hire, train, and develop a maintenance team (including technicians and porters) with a focus on retention and performanceCoordinate priorities, staffing, and readiness for turns while maintaining strong communication with onsite leadership Oversee pool readiness and ongoing compliance once the pool is brought back online

Qualifications Maintenance leadership experience supporting 500+ units or 800+ beds (multi-site or large single-site) Strong hands-on experience with boiler and chiller systems in older buildings HVAC certification required CPO (Certified Pool Operator) required EPA Universal preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; bilingual Spanish is a plus
