Provide a positive and friendly representation of Ace Hardware to every customer. Assist customers proactively in solving problems and offer personalized service. Greet customers warmly and thank them as they leave the store. Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness. Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.Store Operations Support

Help receive, stock, and price merchandise accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and order across the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas. Assist with merchandise resets, signage updates, and special orders. Operate forklift with proper training to support stocking activities.Contribute to a safe, professional, and positive work environment. Physical and Teamwork Requirements
