We are seeking a talented Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our growing dynamic team and play a key role in driving innovation through new product introduction and process development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Leads and is accountable for projects and drives results.
Provide technical direction and leadership across site/regions to drive/lead best practices and continuous improvement projects, keep abreast of new technology and develop innovative solutions.
Be subject matter expert on HLA/system integration.
Understands manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques and how to apply them to improve quality and efficiency.
Carries out process improvement and problem resolution projects
Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment - applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, partnering with manufacturing teams.
Supports the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results.
Represents the Operations organization as the prime technical contact on electro-mechanical device projects. Interacts with senior level internal and external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Follows and develops technical specification requirements and provides significant input on technical procedures on various processes that impact multiple disciplines.
Presents complex technical information/analysis and responds to questions from technical staff members and management regularly and effectively.
Mentors less experienced engineers.
Work direction responsibility may include technicians and junior engineers.
May work with manufacturing and other functional groups on manufacturing and regulatory compliance issues.
May contribute to the establishment of business objectives, goals, budgets and costs.
Works with other manufacturing sites, including CMOs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Bachelor’s of Science degree or Master of Science degree in Engineering preferred.
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience.
2 years of related working experience in HLA/System integration.
Skills
Demonstrated interactive skills in, cross functional participation and influence, mentoring and acceptance of guidance, technical leadership, project management, coordination with cross functional team member, team behavior, and support for subordinates, junior engineers, technicians, and management.
Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on projects. Interacts with senior level external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Knowledge and ability to implement FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary.
Solicits and accepts the ideas of others, as well as actively contributes to an environment conducive to open communication.
Understanding of and adherence to GMP practices and FDA regulations.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.

LOCATION
Lakewood, Colorado - Onsite - Open to candidates willing to relocate to the area.
TRAVEL
Requires travel based on business needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
General Labor Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, hand/finger dexterity, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, or transporting up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment.

Target Pay Range: $107 to $140k - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
