Sr. Training and Development Instructional LMS Program / Process Manager 

Hybrid - Onsite location - Lakewood, CO 80228

Monday-Wednesday onsite - Thursday and Friday remote

Pay:$48.00-$50.00 per hour

Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Talent Development Specialist who will design, implement, and support comprehensive talent development initiatives across our organization. This role is pivotal in establishing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards, managing a robust Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinating multiple training projects under an effective project management framework. The successful candidate will leverage the ADDIE model to ensure that training programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and Implements SOPs and Quality Standards - Creates, documents, and deploys SOPs that standardize training processes. Establishes and enforces quality metrics to ensure operational excellence and compliance across training initiatives.

Full-Scale LMS Administration -Oversees administration and continuous improvement of the LMS, ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance. Optimizes LMS functionalities to support evolving training requirements.

Apply the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to develop, deliver, and refine training programs. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Support multiple training projects concurrently by utilizing traditional project management methodologies alongside the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).

Program Coordination – Manages and coordinates talent management programs that align training initiatives with overall business objectives and workforce planning. Develops and implements process & structure to ensure these programs are consistent, scalable, and effective.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Develops strong relationships with HR, operations, safety, and other key departments. Serves as the primary liaison communicating training initiatives, updates, and best practices across the organization.

Monitor and Report Performance Metrics – Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and training metrics to assess program effectiveness. Provides regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

7-10 years proven experience in LMS administration and training program coordination.

Demonstrated success in developing and enforcing SOPs and quality standards.

Strong familiarity with the ADDIE model and the full spectrum of the talent development lifecycle.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a structured project management framework.

Hands-on experience in training development using various content development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to create engaging learning materials.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Strong project management capabilities with a record of overseeing concurrent initiatives and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LMS software, and specialized training content development tools.

Advanced instructional design skills with an emphasis on creating interactive and impactful training sessions.

Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
