a BS in Civil Engineering  

EIT Preferred

 The candidate should have at a minimum, experience in, or the ability to readily learn, the following areas of Civil Design Engineering erosion and sedimentation control

site grading

stormwater management

Civil 3D Plans

Perform site visits
