No experience? No problem! Our comprehensive paid training program will give you all the tools youneed to become a confident and successful instructor. While prior swim experience is a bonus, it’s not required.We’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping children learn, grow, and have fun. As a swim instructor, you’ll teach water safety, swimming fundamentals, and confidence-building skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
