We are currently hiring General Laborers for a

paving/construction

project in Hampstead, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Shoveling, raking, transferring, and grading asphalt and stone Securing paving equipment using straps, ropes, or chains Using saws, torches, and cutting tools Applying cement, glue, and adhesives Operating tampers, rollers, and compaction equipment Assisting with general construction site tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

:

Prior general labor or construction experience preferred Ability to perform constant physical work throughout the day Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods Lift 25–50 lbs regularly (up to 150 lbs with assistance) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsAble to work around heavy equipment, noise, dust, and construction materials Strong awareness of surroundings for safety on active job sites

This position is fully outdoors and requires reliability, physical endurance, and a strong work ethic. The typical schedule is 5:30 AM start, 8–10 hour shifts (until the job is finished each day).
