General Laborer– Fireproofing Support (Denver International Airport)

Pay:

$25.03/hr Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm (meet at Henderson warehouse at 5:45am; shift pay starts at 6:30am) Contract Length:

12–24 months (stable indoor work at DEN) We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support fireproofing crews at Denver International Airport. This role offers steady hours, long‑term indoor work, and the opportunity for direct hire based on performance. Responsibilities Clean and maintain work areas, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materialsAssist fireproofers by moving, staging, and preparing materials and equipment Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment Set up and break down work areas, including surface protection and overspray prevention Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and completing tasks as directedFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Work effectively as part of a 4‑person crew operating in 2‑person teams Requirements 1+ year of commercial construction or general labor experience Comfortable working in an airport environment and following all security and safety protocolsAbility to obtain a DEN airport badge Valid driver’s license Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Must be able to meet at the Henderson warehouse each morning for carpool to DEN What We Offer Stable, long‑term indoor work at Denver International Airport Consistent Monday–Friday scheduleOpportunity for direct hire based on performance and workload Supportive team environment with clear expectations and steady workflow Job Type&Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.03 - $25.03/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
