Entry Level Production The Plating Machine Operator is responsible for supporting the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing process through the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of plating equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, consistency, and adherence to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized processes, and a commitment to safety while working in a fast-paced production environment involving chemical processes.No prior experience is requiredcomprehensive paid training is provided to ensure employee success and development. Shifts: 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am **Must be able to work around chemicals. **Printed Circuit Board Experience is a plus! Open Positions: Plating Mechanical Quality Control Requirements Ability to read and interpret technical prints, work instructions, and production documentation with accuracy. Capability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift in a production environment. Basic math skills required to perform measurements, calculations, and process-related tasks. Ability to follow detailed, documented procedures consistently while maintaining high quality standards.Willingness to successfully complete a background check as part of the hiring process. Must be able to work safely around chemicals and follow all environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) guidelines. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
