Plating Machine Operator 3rd Shift
Entry Level Production The Plating Machine Operator is responsible for supporting the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing process through the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of plating equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, consistency, and adherence to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized processes, and a commitment to safety while working in a fast-paced production environment involving chemical processes.No prior experience is requiredcomprehensive paid training is provided to ensure employee success and development. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to begin or grow a career in advanced manufacturing and electronics production. Shifts: 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am **Must be able to work around chemicals. **Printed Circuit Board Experience is a plus! Open Positions: Plating Mechanical Quality Control Requirements Ability to read and interpret technical prints, work instructions, and production documentation with accuracy. Capability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift in a production environment. Basic math skills required to perform measurements, calculations, and process-related tasks. Ability to follow detailed, documented procedures consistently while maintaining high quality standards.Willingness to successfully complete a background check as part of the hiring process. Must be able to work safely around chemicals and follow all environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) guidelines. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
