The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, helping to optimize time, ensure effective communication, and drive organizational efficiency./ppThe Executive Assistant is responsible for executive administrative functions including making domestic and international travel arrangements, managing expense reports and invoices, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, internal and external correspondence, overseeing company functions and event coordination, calendar management, general office duties, preparing materials for all meetings, registering for all conferences and other duties as assigned. The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of service for all internal and external clients./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliManage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality./liliPrepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents./liliCoordinate and support offsite meetings, and leadership events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions./liliAttend key management meetings and organize necessary materials for meetings./liliTrack and follow up on strategic projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion./liliCollaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and execution of executive directives./liliHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism./liliCreate and maintain detailed organization charts and budgets./liliPrepare briefing materials and background information for meetings and public appearances./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred./liliMinimum of three (3) years of executive administrative experience, supporting VP and above clients./liliProven ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with attention to detail and accuracy./liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills./liliHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information./liliStrong proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS collaboration tools./liliExperience with Oracle Fusion a plus./liliDemonstrated ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment./li/ulpEstimated base salary range: $53,300 - $82,000 USD/annually./ppThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non-sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
