Cable Harness Certification and JSTD Limited Solder Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment This apprenticeship is designed for career growthgraduates often transition into full-time roles with increased responsibilities and competitive pay. Key Duties&Responsibilities Participate in a 9-week paid training program (progress contingent on successful completion of each phase) Work 40 hours per week during training Develop technical skills essential to advanced manufacturing and aerospace production Perform precision work on components ranging from 0.002" to 0.25"Apply industry and NASA standards to manufacturing processes Collaborate effectively in a team-based environment Opportunity to earn multiple certifications fully funded by Lockheed Martin Post-training, contribute to production activities and support full-time operations Work Environment Paid training at $17/hour, with benefitsHands-on work with tools and components; requires manual dexterity and attention to detail Facility operates 7 days per week with potential for non-standard shifts post-training Team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic manufacturing environment Opportunity for career growth, additional certifications, and full-time employmentAbout Lockheed Martin Space Space is a critical domain, connecting our technologies, our security and our humanity.
