System Administrator, Wheat Ridge

Insight Global is seeking a midlevel Systems Administrator to join a small, collaborative IT team, with our manufacturing client in Wheat Ridge, CO. We are seeking a candidate with strong Microsoft 365 experience, the environment is fully cloudbased with no onprem servers. This role is heavily focused on ERP system support, development, and reporting, with light system administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong ERP experience-preferably Epicor-and is comfortable working in a cloudbased Microsoft environment.

Key Responsibilities: ERP&Application Support - Support, maintain, and enhance the Epicor ERP system - Troubleshoot ERPrelated issues for manufacturing and financial u - Perform ERP configuration, customization, and development - Develop and maintain reports using SSRS - Work with SQL backend to support ERP functionality and reporting- Support lowcode / nocode ERP tools and extend functionality with deeper development when required - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ERP improvements and process optimization

Systems&User Support - Perform basic system administration tasks including: - Wiping and provisioning computers - Joining devices to the domain - Managing user access and email accounts in M365 - Provide general IT troubleshooting and participate in helpdesk ticket resolution - Support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments- Coordinate with external vendors for security and advanced Microsoft support
