About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven social enterprise.
The CFO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, serving as a strategic partner to the President & CEO and providing financial leadership across the organization.
This role is pivotal in aligning financial strategy with organizational priorities, driving performance, and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission, a commitment to community impact, and the ability to balance operational discipline, growth, and mission impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Responsibilities for the CFO include strategic financial leadership, overseeing financial and accounting operations, leading financial planning and analysis, and managing cash flow, capital, and risk.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for investment strategy, operational partnership, and executive leadership of information technology.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Experience in a complex, multi-entity organization, particularly in nonprofit, healthcare, retail, or social enterprise environments, is a plus.
The CFO must have strong financial planning and analysis capabilities, experience in managing audits and regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills, technology acumen, and a strategic, results-oriented, and collaborative approach are essential.
