About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its ambitious growth trajectory.
The CFO will be a senior advisor to the executive team, influencing long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions.
This hands-on leader will be responsible for all financial management aspects, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across multiple divisions.
A key focus will be on strengthening job-cost visibility, WIP reporting, and cash flow performance to enhance profitability.
The successful candidate will also be tasked with building scalable financial systems and controls, driving M&A strategy, and managing key relationships with external partners.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
A strong background in construction, development, or related industries is essential, as is a proven track record of scaling a company through operational discipline and strategic foresight.
The role requires expertise in construction finance, including WIP, bonding, and project accounting, as well as experience in M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to champion innovation through financial technology and data analytics, and a commitment to developing a high-performing finance and accounting team that embodies the company's collaborative, high-integrity culture.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is required, with a CPA and/or MBA being preferred.
