About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its ambitious growth journey.
The CFO will be a senior advisor to the executive team, influencing long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions.
This leadership position involves overseeing all financial management aspects, from forecasting and capital planning to systems innovation and operational alignment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening job-cost visibility, WIP reporting, and cash flow performance, as well as building scalable financial systems and controls to support the company's rapid growth.
Additionally, the CFO will drive M&A strategy, manage key relationships with external partners, and champion innovation through financial technology and data analytics.
Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance position.
A strong background in construction, development, or related industries is essential, as is a proven track record of scaling a company through operational discipline and strategic foresight.
The role requires expertise in construction finance, including WIP, bonding, and project accounting, as well as experience in M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
A CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
