We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms efficiently.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization to create a positive impression.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
