Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Previous experience with CNC Machine Maintenance is required.
Previous experience rebuilding machines is required.
Completion of an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with machine tools, including VTLs, CNC mills/lathes, Makino, and Fanuc controls.
High school diploma or GED, with intermediate computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Install CNC machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery during installation, setup, and repair.
Perform advanced machine tool repair processes, including troubleshooting and repairing major issues.
Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool subassemblies.
Clean, lubricate, and conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
Schedule and recommend improvements for preventive maintenance.
Train other employees and maintain organized work areas.
Travel to customer sites for installation and service calls, up to 30%.
