Leadership is seeking someone who can grow with the business and ultimately step into a future Director of Finance position.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and accounting team processes
Lead monthly and annual financial review and reporting activities
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Partner with leadership on operational and financial initiatives
Help drive process improvements, scalability, and internal controls
Manage relationships with external vendors, auditors, and third-party partners
Support the continued buildout of the finance function as the company grows
Ideal Background CPA preferred
4–10 years of experience within public accounting and/or corporate accounting or FP&A
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Someone who is sharp, collaborative, and eager to grow into broader leadership responsibilities
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-based environments is a plus
