We are a State Farm Insurance office in the Finneytown, Cincinnati, Ohio area.
It is a small office atmosphere where everyone is like family.
We have two positions available with licensing reimbursement.
One position is customer service - helping our clients with billing, changes, and any other needs.
The other is sales/service - helping our office to grow with services our customers need.
As a State Farm team member, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary.
Compensation: $42,****** - $60,****** per year.
