About the Role
Were looking for an experienced customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
This role connects customers, sales, and operations, ensuring accurate orders, proactive communication, and strong follow-through.
Youll serve as the primary customer contact, owning order management end-to-end and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
What Youll Do
Serve as a primary contact for customers, providing professional, responsive service.
Manage orders from entry through delivery and invoicing.
Manage escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
Keep Sales informed of customer activity, delays, and opportunities.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and log insights in HubSpot CRM.
Process returns, exchanges, samples, PGI, freight cost entries and order updates in SAP.
Support on-time delivery through coordination and communication.
Document interactions and resolutions; maintain detailed case notes.
Support month-end processing (sales orders, PGI, billing, delivery date updates)
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Technical teams.
What You Bring
Must have the working knowledge of the following:
2+ years of customer service or order management experience (manufacturing preferred).
Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Problem solver who can work independently.
Team player with a customer-first mindset.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
