What You Will Do: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. Call existing customers to inform of promotionsSchedule service appointments. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. What You Will Bring: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience, preferably in a home services or related industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
