Job Description:

Full Time Family Practice Call Center Scheduler position available.

Shift 8:30-5PM but flexibility to assist in covering scheduling gaps

Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM, is required.

This position will primarily work remotely with occasional in person. If personal contact is intermittently required, the supervisor may require employee to be on-site.

Excellent communication, organizational, computer, and telephone skills. Ability to type and work within computer scheduling platforms. Excellent telephone and instant messaging etiquette.

EPIC experience preferred.

Bilingual beneficial.

Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments is required.

Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls/instant messaging and taking messages as needed.

Assists in managing provider and clinic scheduling templates.

Proficient use of EMR, including proper documentation, understanding and utilization.

Ensures efficient telephone communication.

Maintains and initiates faxes and other means of electronic communications and forms.

Routes all incoming calls.
