Cribley Materials LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Operator to support daily operations at our aggregate wholesale facility. This role is essential to ensuring efficient material handling, maintaining organized yard operations, and keeping equipment in optimal working condition.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the aggregate industry and grow with a company expanding across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, trans-loaders, and skid steers Offload railcars and assist with dispatching and weighing trucks Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and reliability Maintain site cleanliness and organization Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth material flowSupport general yard and operational needs as required Requirements Must Have Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly Practical knowledge of industrial tools and basic maintenance Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Self-starter with the ability to work independently
