Minimum
2 years of experience
in building inspections Current
ICC certifications ;
TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License
required in Texas Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software
