Opportunity Details

We are currently seeking a candidate for a W2 contract opportunity in Dearborn, MI. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. Position Description

The Global Data Insights and Analytics (GDI&A) department at Client's company is looking for qualified people who can develop scalable solutions to complex real-world problems using Machine Learning, Big Data, Statistics, Econometrics, and Optimization. Potential candidates should have hands-on experience in applying first principles methods, machine learning, data mining, and text mining techniques to build analytics prototypes that work on massive datasets. Candidates should have experience in manipulating both structured and unstructured data in various formats, sizes, and storage mechanisms. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mind to challenge existing practices. Candidates should have exposure to multiple programming languages and analytical tools and be flexible to using the requisite tools/languages for the problem at-hand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and user needs.

Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and responsive across devices.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design solutions and problem-solving abilities.

Skills Required

Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

Skills Preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design solutions and problem-solving abilities.

Experience Required

1 year of experience in product design.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
