Control Risks is looking for a skilled Security Technology Manager to support a high-profile client’s workplace safety and security operations across the Americas. This is a unique opportunity to join Control Risks’ embedded consulting team and work directly with a premier global technology company, helping to deliver a world-class security systems and maintenance program.
You’ll be embedded with the client’s Physical Security Systems & Technology Team, which is responsible for maintaining and enhancing physical security infrastructure—including access control, video surveillance, and intercom systems. Your work will focus on managing ongoing system service operations and executing small-scale device change projects.
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for physical security systems across the Americas.
Be the go to contact, and serve as the key liaison among guard teams, facilities, IT, and vendors.
Coordinate vendor meetings, track service metrics, and ensure SLA compliance.
Report Insights by Compiling and presenting weekly reports on system health, service tickets, and vendor activity.
Conduct system health checks, manage access control operations, and ensure work meets strict standards.
Support device moves/adds/changes and small project rollouts, mitigating risks and aligning with security ops.
Ensure Timely Resolution, by working with vendors and integrators to resolve issues, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience with enterprise-level physical security systems.
Expertise in access control and video surveillance systems (Lenel OnGuard certification required – Advanced Access or higher).
Strong communicator with experience managing vendors and working cross-functionally.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and detailed service documentation.
Understanding of industry best practices in system design and installation.
