Job Description

The National Trainer for the Ford Service Reservation Program is responsible for developing and delivering training content across individual, regional, and national platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring field teams, dealers, and other key stakeholders understand, adopt, and execute the service reservation process effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, experienced in both content development and facilitation, and passionate about driving performance through education.

Key Responsibilities:

Content development responsibilities focused on creating and optimizing learning materials, including but not limited to:Design and develop training content, materials, and curriculum aligned with program goals and management/coach/dealer needs.

Curate training materials, emphasizing engaging and interactive resources.

Adapt content to different learning preferences and accessibility requirements.

Partner with Product Experts, Field Team and Ford stakeholders to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.

Training, delivery and facilitation responsibilities focused on providing training to learners across different audiences, including but not limited to:Deliver one-on-one, regional, and national training sessions using both virtual and in-person platforms.

Support Program change efforts by serving as a knowledge leader on the Ford Service Reservation Program.

Administrative responsibilities focused on managing the logistics and systems related to training, including  but not limited to:Handle the scheduling of training sessions and maintains training materials.

Track training participation and progress to report performance and engagement to leadership.

Evaluate training effectiveness and implement feedback to continually improve delivery and content.

Identify product knowledge gaps across the team and work with Manager to make the necessary adjustments/improvements to the existing training strategy.
