We are working exclusively with a top global manufacturer of ancilillary cable management solutions, supplying major OEM and Tier 1 clients across North America.
As part of their rapid team expansion in Southeast Michigan, this company is now hiring an Associate Sales Engineer to support senior sales staff on key automotive accounts.

What Were Looking For:
2+ years experience in the automotive sector, ideally in OEM or Tier 1 supplier environments (applications engineering, junior sales engineering, or supporting technical sales roles)
Bachelors degree required (engineering strongly preferred, but open to other relevant four-year degrees with technical aptitude)
Exposure to electrical distribution systems, wiring harnesses, cable management, or related automotive products is preferred but not essential
Motivated to learn the commercial side while collaborating closely with customer engineers and internal technical teams
Strong communicator, proactive, and eager to build long-term relationships in a high-tech, customer-facing setting
