Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience from start to finish Accurately write and manage repair orders while communicating recommended services and timelines Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians to maximize efficiency in the service driveAssist in identifying vehicle concerns and recommending appropriate solutions Maintain strong communication with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates Oversee warranty and documentation processes in compliance with company and manufacturer standards Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfactionQualifications
