divh2Job Title/h2pReports To: Operations Manager/ph3Responsibilities And Duties/h3ulliEnter data from completed work orders into fleet management program/liliMaintain work pending files./liliMaintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers./liliCreate and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers./liliMaintain fuel reports./liliMaintain computerized parts inventory./liliLocate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors./liliMonitor data for inconsistencies and errors./liliDevelop and issue computer reports as requested./liliGeneral clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and retrieving/distributing mail./liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Shift/Schedule/h3ulliMonday-Friday/liliAdditional hours may be needed./li/ulh3Pay
