Compensation: $95,000 - $145,000 annually based on qualifications, potential for annual bonus based on company performance.

The Company:

Our client is a privately held multi-discipline architectural and engineering design firm that focuses primarily on complex projects for manufacturing and food processing clients.

Responsibilities:

 

Will encompass all phases of professional design services, from schematic design through construction administration, which will include

Preparing contracts and proposals, evaluating program requirements, performing code analyses, developing designs and related construction documents, collaborating with design team members, completing QC reviews of documents, interacting with clients, contractors, and regulatory officials, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and performing other project management related tasks.

Potential for occasional travel to client sites needed, typically 5-10% maximum per year.

Qualifications:

Must possess active PE License.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Finite Element Software, and other related design programs.

Previous experience of at least 5 years in a professional setting is required.
